Hi I am running moodle 2.8.5+ and the upload users from csv option is missing!
Here is a screenshot that show that this option is missing from my installation. The "Upload users" option should be where the arrow shows.
I could try updating moodle to the latest version but it is not possible at this time so please tell me if there is anything I can do to enable this feature or possibly debug the error.
I am not aware if this option was there initially and then dissapeared, or if it did not exist at the very beginning. It is the first time I tried to access this feature and saw it is not there!
