New Bootstrap4-based theme called "BOOST" that we are introducing in
3.2 has really shaken look of Moodle and organisation of navigation (in a
good way!). At the same time we are still finding little visual or
functional problems and we would really like to fix them before the
release.
Developers and testers are already welcome to download Moodle 3.2RC2 from either download page or official GIT repository or it's mirror on github.
However we do not feel confident yet that Moodle 3.2 will be ready for production by the end of this week and we want to move the release date to 5 December 2016.
