I found this reference in the conversation regarding MDL-21547:
There was a plugin for 1.9 that allowed a teacher to put the Lesson in edit mode and print. The plugin removed the continue button, the jump button, and the other "do things" links at the bottom of each page. We used it until we upgraded 1.9. It got thrown out with the bathwater, and I do not remember its name. Can't find it in the Plugins directory for 1.9 now (because it's no longer maintained?)
Since our Lessons are very linear, the branching wasn't an issue.

In fact the "plugin" for Moodle 1.9 was just a css stylesheet
Can anyone provide me with this css stylesheet information? I have one course in Moodle version 1.9 and this would be a great help.Thanks, Allida
