I am an administrator of a Moodle platform in version 3.0.3. I have passed the administration of this platform to continue with the support of updates, since it was previously carried by other people.
One of the users tells me that the "Add block" block does not appear when you activate the main page edit, even though the permissions set in the roles allow it.
I'm almost sure that it is a problem in the template that these people have implemented to customize the appearance of the platform, since if I change the theme, for example I change it to the "More" theme, if that block appears. I would like to know exactly where it is configured in css that this block appears or not.
