HTTP ERROR 500 after accept Conditions during Installation

I try to install Moodle and after the step where I give the Database info, I get a page where It says if I agree with the conditions and etc..



I press Continue and then I get HTTP ERROR 500..

How I solve this? thank you
I followed this instructions and I installed MOODLE_31_STABLE version

You need to look in your web server's error log and find the full explanation for the Error 500.

As Howard suggested ... "server's error log"  ... which in Ubuntu should be found in the same location as access.log.
