If you create a site-wide badge that is earned for completing a set of courses, can other students that have previously created that set of courses also earn the badge, or does it only apply to new students that complete after the badge is created?
I think it will apply retroactively. Certainly badges enabled in courses do that, so I don't see why site badges should not do the same.
