Hi Everyone,

I'm an avid user of Moodle and know my way around just about everything but ran into this strange issue as of last week that I'm not sure how to fix?

I have a screen shot attached.

5 course topic are able to move above with the Move command: but the one listed below I'm not able to move. This goes for all the other topics below. It's so strange and not sure how to fix it.

Any suggestions would be great. I have the latest build. 3.1.1+

I had this problem recently myself. It was caused by an ol/ul list on the page where I had inserted a piece of code inside the list which I guess caused it to not really close properly. 

I suggest temporarily cutting the lists one by one on the page to see if that gets rid of that problem. I would start with the one in Ohm's & Metric Prefixes topic description. I wouldn't be surprised if an image is inside of the lists and that that is the cause.
