I configured RAP following this tutorial: https://docs.moodle.org/21/en/Moodle_Language_Lab#RAP_Installation But I cannot understand where the Red5 server default web folder locates. I installed Red 5 1.0.8 in /opt/red5-server, and installed the OFLAdemo. I can access http://****:5080/demos/ofla_demo.html, so I just copied RAP to /opt/red5-server/webapps/ just like those demos.

Now, When I run http://***/mod/languagelab/raptest.php, It shows HTTP Status 404 - /test.php

You have read the directions wrong. It is not the RAP folder but the CONTENTS of it that you need and they go into your servers HTML folder NOT in location you have them. And you place the config.xml file in another location outside of the HTML folder.
