Hi guys.
My problem is that no matter how i configure the competency framework
the parent competency will not complete when the children competencies have been met
I have tried different rules and made sure there were 4 graded activities.
Has any body got any ideas

It should apply immediately if the parent competency has a rule e.g. to mark complete when all children are complete.
One thing to check is it look at the competency in the students learning plan (from their profile) instead of looking at the competency status for the user in the course. The users course competency can have a different status from the one in the users plan.
