What determines when the URL description displays? I have one URL resource, that when you select it, a new page displays with an introductory statement and then the option to click the URL link. I have another URL resource, with the same options selected and it automatically open to the website with no new page displaying with an introductory statement. I have attached screen shots of the settings. I can send screen shots of the display results in another post if that would be helpful.
