I am trying to post a general forum on the middle of my homepage of my Moodle 1.9 site. I can post the Site News in the middle of the page, but not another forum. When I click Front Page -> Front Page Settings -> Include a Topic Section, I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function iscomplete() in with the site file identified with a line of the php file referenced (1442 $tracks = iscomplete($mod);). When Include a Topic Section isn't checked, I can't have the general forum, but the site works fine and I have a Site News forum available. This tells me checking this box references something but I don't know what.
I can't figure out what is going on. Does anyone have any suggestions?
