SCO progress reset after completion

SCO progress reset after completion

After completing single-SCO SCORM activity, status in Moodle is set ok, but when user enters the same activity again (after setting status to complete), SCORM run-time progress resets and the user has to start all-over (location is reset, interactions, suspend_data also).

Although this will not affect the first completed status (it will be remembered), it would be more convenient to have location, suspend_data and all other run-time data remembered and used when user opens that activity the next time.

Is there combination of options that should be set in Moodle in order to get this behaviour?

Thanks.

It seems we've found a solution, or, rather located the problem.

Attempts and SCORM data works as we expected with SCORM 1.2 packages: even when SCO is completed, data model is not cleared when student opens that SCO again (at least when attempts are set to 1; we haven't tried other options yet).

With SCORM 2004 packages, Moodle behaves differently - no matter how attempts and other options are set, when SCO is completed, next visit to that SCO will be as a new attempt and with clear SCORM data model.
