Even though if there is no generic SMS plugin, Knowing how to create a new message_providers is helpful for me.
I want to get listed the generate certificate event here http://xxxxxxx.xx/message/defaultoutputs.php.
In short my requirement is to send SMS while generating a certificate with simplecertificate module.
Any helps appreciated.
