Dear all,
Please be informed that my Moodle can send emails..I have test it using Mail Test Plugin and its working fine....Everything is configured correctly.
When I add news to the news forum..Nothing is sent.
Note: Cron Job is working properly.

I have the same problem!
Mail Test Plugin works fine and welcome emails are correctly sent but forum email not working.
I have just updated Moodle to last version 3.1.2+.
I would like to know all things I have to check to be sure my settings are right.

i didn't set correcty cron.. now it works!
