As you'll have seen from the note in my profile, I don't respond to private messages as I prefer to make my comments public so everyone can benefit. So to reply here:
(1) If you are referring to the tracker issue about rubric grading with the mobile app, do you mean this issue: /MOBILE-2153 ? If so then the developers say there that it will happen at some point but they don't know when.
(2) Regarding advanced Moodle courses, our Moodle Partners provide these, as mentioned in the page about Moodle services in the MOOC.
