We have Moodle 3.1.
We have setup completion tracking and conditions for moving to the next activity.
After the end of each Session we would like the learner to submit a Feedback report and then go to the next Session.
A particular user has submitted Feedback, but the system is not allowing the next activity to be opened.
However if i create another user and run through the entire session- the next session is opening.
Is there some flag in the database that needs to be set manually- because of some database glitch?
if so, how do i find the glitch and how to update the activity as COMPLETED For the user using some SQL query?
Or is there any other solution?
