RE: I'd also like to have a summary option as an alternative to display a full list of who make which choice. I mean to see just the counts of how many people selected each answer and how many haven't done that yet.
I have just implemented the summary option. It was easier than I thought. It is presented next to link to see answers when no results are shown on the choice page.
I will send you the changes via email to review and possibly merge into your master version.
