Could you create a test user and send it to mobile@moodle.com so we can check what is happening?

sorry for the long delay, and thank you to offer your help. Problem solved. Some users did not enter the fully qualified URL of the Moodle server, and as far as I read, the Mobile App does not act on redirects. Hence this was the problem.
