Does anyone know if its possible to reset an individual student's completion back to nothing?

I have an example student that I show students and want this fictional student's record to be reset so that he has not completed anything.

Can I do this? If so, please tell me how.

I am having a very similar issue. I previously worked with Blackboard but I have just started as an Education Technologist with Moodle.

The issue I am having is about resetting a students completion. We use Moodle for our mandatory training which must be redone every year or so, however I can't reset the whole course without deleting all the users.

I can't force when the mandatory training happens either so I am looking into resetting a users completion.

I have un-enrolled a user from a course and then re-enrolled them to no avail. I can't delete the user as this will remove all the completions they have done resetting everything to 'not complete'. Some training only needs to be done every 3 - 5 years.

Any ideas?
