Not sure about what other people think, but I see all those fonts as a bit of overkill. Most computers today have lots of fonts installed, so why assume that ever organisation that downloads this theme wants any of those fonts?
Bootstrap has a policy that recommends you store files such as jQuery or Fonts locally, so that if they are linked in the page <head> tag directly to remote websites from where they are sourced, such as Google fonts etc., in order to maintain continuity of the UI.
Something to consider perhaps?
