ad 1/ I tried to play with Calendar block but the only thingI can do is to play with "Detailed view for" . I can't see "Role" or anything like that while configuring Calendar....
I didn't play with "external calendar" so far... Did you mean another Calendar plugin or Calendar like Google Calendar or completely something else?
