As an administrator,how can I shut off the plugin checking when I log in? Thx a lot~

The plugin check page should only appear if there are specific issues that need dealing with - e.g. something has been added but the database hasn't been updated.
So the best way would be to py attention to what the page is telling you and to resolve any of those issues and then it wont appear (until the next 'issue')

If you are really desperate and want to check something on the site to resolve your issues going to a course page should bypass plugin checking temporarily.
