I have been asked on a very short notice to give a short presentation of Moodle as tool for project management. I have some experience to base the presentation on but I would be very interested what experiences others have had.
A project in this context can be anything from a student project or an internal workgroup to a full-blown R&D project.

Project Managagement is never a "tool-problem" but a "commuication problem", therefore moodle is an ideal tool, communication and tracking process activities.
