How to remove preview option for a quiz

This may be a simple question but I cannot find the answer and after 2 days looking I am pulling my hair out.

I am using Moodle 3.1. and I have set a number of quizes up, when I view as a student using my log as administrator the questions are fine and track to show completion but if I log in with a test student account the question always asks me to preview the question rather than Attempt quiz now.

How can I remove the preview option.

It sounds like the permissions are set up wrong. Have you edited the definition of any of the standard roles?

Thank you for your reply, I have not changed anything. I will take a look to see if I can se anything around permissions.


My knowledge is not great regarding Moodle but fingers crossed.
