I have created a fork of the componentgrades plugin by Paul Nicholls so it works with my BTEC advanced grading plugin. It should work in exactly the same way with rubric and guide as in Pauls version.
As a side effect I have also added get_string calls that should make it easy to translate it into other languages. Please post any feedback here.

Question for moderators: is it OK to prefix with ANNOUNCEMENT to indicate this is not a question, it looks a bit "the big I am" in one way, but on the other it is good to make it distinct from other posts.
