We are having an issue with the maximum number of files allowed for assignments in 3.1.0.
assignsubmission_file | maxfiles is set to '20' on our installation. However, every new assignment created has a value of '3'. In addition to this, all assignment instances appear to be unable to have their current max files value modified.
For the life of me, I can't seem to locate where the value for maxfiles lives for assignments in the database tables, either.
Can anyone offer any clues?
