Some of the courses videos not working

Hello

I have added the same video in some of another courses , so it happens like video work in one course its not working on another (even same file) . And the video which didn't work its also not working even on browser too. May be some data storing issue in that course.

Please anyone who have figure out this issue

Can you provide details of your environment? Moodle version and server platform (Linux or Microsoft Windows, Apache or IIS, etc.).

What happens when they don't play? Is there an error reported? Include a screenshot if possible.

I've had a videos consistently not play on IIS but not intermittently like you report.
