Hi Stan,

I am using Moodle Moodle 3.1.1+ (Build: 20160817) and Taskchain, 2016-07-24 (25), 2016072425

I have never had a problem with Taskchain but there is always a first time, it seems. 

The problem is that I can look at the taskchains etc but when I or a student go to do one, we get the following error.

HTTP ERROR 500

Wondering if you have advice on where to start.

Hi Mel,

please set Moodle debugging (Site admin -> Development -> Debugging) to DEVELOPER and "Display error message" to YES and try the TaskChain again. You should get a more useful error message.
