Moodle 3.01

SCORM output directly from Storyline 2.1

When entering course, the SCORM Debugging Interface reports an error 101 for LMSinitialize. The manifest file is below.

I tested with a known good SCORM package, and it initialized just fine. Going nuts.

BTW- I got the same results from two Moodle installations on two different servers. Also, my course works in the SCORM Cloud.
