I tried it for a user that only has the student role.
I had set access restrictions (date/time restriction) on the reengagement actitivity like in the example I send before. While the date was before the restriction date I got a message like 'no reengagements active' if I clicked on the reengagement activity.
After the restriction date was passed and I clicked on the reengagement activity there was information about the emailtime and the completiontime for the student. They were correct. And also an email was sent. But unfortunately it was found in the spam map (gmail account)
So it seems it works. I am going to use it for real courses now.
