Need install of Moodle4Mac 3.1.1+ pkg help?

I have completed install steps 1 through 7? Is the section on Server in your local network necessary if you only have on computer (my laptop in this case) that is utilizing the software? If so, I could use some guidance in implementing this step.

Is that from

When you download the Mac Package it's designed for testing only not production
and includes php, apache, mysql as well as moodle code already installed to
a point. So no need to do any of the steps shown in above link.

Just need to use the 'start' app to launch MySQL and Apache to startup Moodle.
That's the MAMP.app in /Applications/MAMP/

Launching the MAMP.app will show you the URL to use to access the Moodle via browser.
