Can anyone tell me if there is a way to integrate between the localhost and webserver. As in, i want to run moodle on my local server(cannot make this a web server) and then make it available online through a web server hosted somewhere else.

You are contradicting yourself! Or, did you mean to make a _copy_ of the Moodle in your localhost available online?

It is not quite clear what you really want, but I venture to guess that you want Moodle running on your computer to do course/material development, which you want then available through Moodle running on a hosted service. If so, you should do fine by using the export/import functionality. By export I mean using the backup function and then fetching the backup file out of your local Moodle to upload it to the hosted Moodle.
