ID Number field

Hello,


I have a question regarding the "ID Number" optional field.

Right now, the field is editable only by Admin users.

Is it possible to make it editable for all students?

I checked under Plugins, Authentication, Manual Accounts and the field is "Unlocked".

In Moodle 3.1, regular users can edit this field in their Profile. It is in the Optional section.
