Hello

I'm running moodle 3.0.5+ (Build: 20160728) Clean theme.

Tried adding any activity (assignment/quiz etc.) to a course and i get this error:

This happens with Admin, Teacher & Manager Permissions (didn't check other permissions).


I can, however, add an activity from the drop down menu (when "Activity chooser" is on).

The debugging is set to developer, no other errors appear.

This is what i get in the chrome console output:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not found)

 ...path/to/moodle/course/jumpto.php

So i checked the server the file is there.

Tried purging cache numerous times, restarted apache.

Any ideas?
