Wondering how to customize the my dashboard page to appear with 4 colmon/

Depends on what the columns are / learn Bootstrap grid system for 2.3.2 -> http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/scaffolding.html.

I Know quite well the bootstrap grid  , but i do not know how to implement this just for "my dashboard", which file do i need to customize?

Hi,

You would need to make a layout file similar to my columns4.php which I made in my Morecandy theme.

You will also need to change the config.php for the MyDashboard layout and also add new language strings for your fourth column block region.

However, you would be better making a clone of Clean theme first. You can read how to do that from this README.txt.
