Hi Everyone,
We are running v3.0. We have 2 LTI configurations for the External Tool plugin (VoiceThread and EBSCO Discovery Service). When courses are migrated into a blank course shell, either through the import function or through a backup/restore, they revert back to the default setting "Automatic, based on Launch URL" for an unknown reason. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to resolve it?

The export and import of LTI tool types is not yet implemented in moodle. There are a few technical and security implications. But it is being worked on at https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-34161. The best thing you can do is vote and comment there or assist with the patch
