Insert image documentation

Hi,

I was looking for a way to add a border to an image using the atto editor (I know I can do this using html, but that is not my question). I could not find a way to do it. Looking into the documentation page "Insert image" (https://docs.moodle.org/31/en/Insert_image), I noticed that there are a lot of options mentioned that are not available to me. For example the "Appearance" tab, I can not find it.

Can I add a border to an image using the atto editor?

How can I get all the layout options that are mentioned in the documentation? Or is the documentation not up to date?

Thanks for your time!

That page seems to be quite an old page (I will update it) and refers to the TinyMCE editor and not to Atto.  So change your editor to TinyMCE (from the user menu>Preferences) if that helps.
