I've searched the forums and I don't see anything related to this yet.
We use Moodle 3.0.4 (build 20160509) hosted at Moodlerooms. I'm trying to upload courses based on an existing course using a bulk upload via csv. I want to change the course startdate and have all the restrict access dates, quiz dates, etc all shift relative to the new start date. When I do a single course backup & restore this works as I'd expect when I change the start date during the restore (to a new course).
When I try to do the same thing using a csv the course is created with the duplicate content, but the start date doesn't get changed. Here's the csv:
shortname,fullname,category,templatecourse,startdate
shortname,fullname,category,templatecourse,startdate
"RelativeDates3","Relative Assignment Date Test-copy via csv creation",41,"RelativeDates1",2016-12-19
I appreciate any help you can provide in explaining what I'm doing wrong.
