I run Moodle 3.1 | Adaptable theme
I want to customize the theme Adaptable, without to create a new theme on a development site.
Is it possible to save all the settings from the Administration menu: fonts, colors, images, etc. to transfer them to the production site in a second time ?

I've used Admin Presets on a few sites but not sure if it works on 3.1; could be worth trying: https://moodle.org/plugins/block_admin_presets.
Another I haven't tried (from same developer) but with added functionality and marked as working with 3.0 https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=local_flavours

I keep it as solution and I see with our team
