I have inserted an .mp4 Video into my Captivate 9 project as a themed intro to the interactive lesson. The video plays in Chrome when I access the SCORM package in my Moodle site, but the video will not play in Mozilla Firefox. The audio clips off frequently throughout the course in Chrome, but not in Firefox. I want to recommend Firefox to my clients given that the audio doesn't disrupt instructional content but the non-functioning video playback is a real show-stopper. The video plays in Firefox just fine in SCORMCloud, yet many of our schools use Moodle. Any info to correct this issue would help tremendously as we are at out or deadline.
