When I upgraded to 3.1, I became unable to add items to the site. For example, when I use Add Course I get a page with the title, but nothing else. If I 'add a new user', I get the title, but nothing else. When I have debugging, there is no information on anything going wrong.
Any recommendations?
Robert, which version you've upgraded from?
try purging cache and see if it gets fixed, or you can as well delete cache and localcache folders from moodledata folder all together, they will re-appear as soon as you click refresh in browser window, so dont worry about deleting them.

By happenstance, I came across the problem. I still had TinyMCE as the default text editor. Once I removed that, all the screens started showing up again.
