I would like know if is possible make override on block "navigation" inside virtual room, because i want append a function on block, but i have worries of generate bugs, someone know if is possible make override or some other best solution?

If I understand correctly, you want to add some functionality to the Navigation block. You can't "override" the block, but you could create a new block based on the navigation block and use that instead.
However, if you let us know what functionality you'd like to add, we may be able to tell you a better way to achieve it.
