Add language tag in "Markers" not working

Hi,

Moodle version: 2.8

In a quiz, under "Markers" I  add language tag, it's not working. It's a drag drop option for quiz. Is there any way  I can add language tag inside  field, for example: 

<span lang="en" class="multilang">This is an english text </span>

<span lang="no" class="multilang">Dette er bokmål</span>

<span lang="nn" class="multilang">Dette er nynorsk</span>

This is probably a question for the quiz module maintainer, whether this field is run through the multilang filter.
