Thanks Dan for the reply. Sorry for my poor articulation of the situation.
Thought again about it again this morning...
I think I am trying to do two things...
- Trigger an initial reminder (that is... the user has never completed the quiz)
- Trigger timed reminders based upon the previously completed quiz date.
If I have one re-engagement activity with no Restriction (hence based on initial enrolment date) but have a "Suppress notification" if the quiz has been done - this would give me the initial reminder, but would not be sent out if the quiz had been completed.
Subsequent periodical reminders would trigger from the settings I already have, based around the previous completion of the quiz (using the Restrict access for the quiz).
Will give this a try... think it should work.
