Editing Toolbars missing

Editing Toolbars missing

I have Moodle 3.1.1+ installed on my home computer only at this point. The toolbars are missing. I've looked at the forums and FAQs and confirmed the following:

  • The Atto (or TinyMCE) editors are enabled in Administration > Site administration > Plugins > Text editors > Manage editors?
  • JavaScript is enabled for my browser.

I went into the editing settings and all the necessary features are marked as enabled/installed for each editor.

I have not, however, been able to find a place under "Administration > My Profile Settings > Edit Profile to confirm that Atto and TinyMCE editors are site. I find no such path.

All suggestions are appreciated.

FYI: The toolbar is available here in the forum just fine.

Hi Lisa,

I'm not sure if this issue is still current for you?  If it is, I'm wondering if its simliar to my issue.

When you say the toolbars are missing can you be a little more specific?  At what point do you see the are missing?
