Have come across an issue for the first time and wondering if anyone has any advice. A faculty member uses Forums and rates his students on a 50 point scale. He rated 20 students for this particular forum, and 18 of the ratings matched what was in the gradebook. Which is what has always happened, until now... 2 of the students' ratings did not match what was in the gradebook. A rating of 43 and 47 out of 50 were given, but the gradebook entry gave them both 50 points (the maximum point total).
We are able to override this in the gradebook but wanting to solve this puzzle. Anyone else experience this? And what, if any, solutions did you implement.
