I've just come across this after many months. If you'd have posted in either the Themes or Courses and course formats forum then I would have seen it or you could have contacted me direct (my details are in the Readme's for both Essential and Collapsed Topics - and in fact those files state what forums on Moodle.org you need to post in to get help!).
