hi! I am teacher in my moodle and i can see only users in courses but i can not see list with all users by all courses.. can you tell me how to see this list by all users??

Are you a teacher on one moodle page or several? You should only have rights to the courses you need, ergo you're only meant to see the data contained in those courses.
To build a report like that, you're talking coding. Even my colleague who has just about sussed the database side of course roles / enrolments struggles with it given how complicated it is! There are some moodle PHP functions but I'm not so au fait with them.
