"$mmSite: WS function 'tool_mobile_get_plugins_supporting_mobile' is not available, even in compatibility mode."
I keep getting this error when connecting to our moodle site. It seems to prevent the courses and other information from loading properly. I do not get the error when connecting to the moodle demo or QA sites, so I believe there's some missing plugin that we need to install or configure.
Our site is v3.0 and we have installed the local moodle services from these instructions:

How can I resolve this issue?
