i'm pretty sure. I could not only see that visitor has left "Moodle in English" but also know when he left.

Any information which needs URL-guessing is _hidden_ for the vast majority of visitors on moodle.org!

I repeat: Contrary to what https://moodle.org/mod/forum/user.php?id=1611963&course=5&mode=discussions says I can see posts made by that visitor, example https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=251402.
